Environmental Site Assessments (ESA)
Environmental audits are common requirements by lending institutions, insurance
companies, and regulatory agencies. In time, environmental audits will be viewed as normal management policy and the absence
of an environmental audit may be construed as negligence. In management costs, environmental audits which monitor industrial
operations, can be wise investments in your firms' long-term financial protections.
Phase 1 Audits by Amiko Engineering
A subjective evaluation conducted on site via a visual inspection where
there is reason to believe that an environmental problem may exist. Other information such as a review of the historical records
is carried out through available documents. If information or visible signs indicate an environmental hazard may exist, or
a problem previously occurred, then a Phase 2 Audit may be recommended. No laboratory testing is used in a Phase 1 Audit.
